Guests enter the Kruger National Park at their own risk. Neither Jambo Tours nor The Kruger National Park can be held liable for any injury, loss or damage to personal property arising from negligence.
The Kruger National Park requires indemnity forms to be filled-in by all occupants of a safari vehicle upon entry into the park.
Due to safety regulations, regrettably, no children below eight (8) years of age are permitted on our safari vehicles.
We cannot be held liable for circumstances that are beyond our control, which could influence your Game Viewing experience i.e. adverse weather conditions, road closures, etc.
Though we endeavour to bring the full safari experience to our clients, and while our professionally trained guides will do their utmost to ensure a truly unforgettable safari experience, we however cannot guarantee locating animals at any given time.
Please ensure that all personal items are attended to all times. We do not take responsibility for the loss of personal items such as cameras, binoculars and personal luggage of any sort that may be lost due to negligence on the part of the owner.
The owner will be liable for any additional costs that may be incurred as a result of the return of items lost or misplaced inside our vehicles and/or during a tour.
Bookings can only be confirmed once full payment has been received.
– We require full payment 72 hours before departure.
– Cancellations received after payment has been made will incur a 10% cancellation fee.
– Cancellations received less than 12 hours before departure will become non-refundable.
